All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the software, visual design, trademarks, and brand assets — remain exclusively with Cowral Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service as described.
Content you create using the AI features (scripts, viral ideas, captions) is owned by you. Cowral claims no ownership over output generated on your behalf.
Cowral connects to third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, data availability, or access policies that may affect the Service.
If a platform revokes API access, certain features may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. This does not entitle you to a refund unless availability falls below the SLA stated in your plan.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cowral's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
